With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, Eric brings a strong background in systems management, project coordination, and process improvement. He enjoys finding efficient solutions, keeping projects on track, and ensuring the team's operations run smoothly so advisors can focus on serving clients.

A lifelong resident of Avon, Indiana, Eric values the opportunity to serve the community he has always called home. His passion for organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement makes him a valued resource for both the team and the clients they serve.
